Family Business Labs are used by the Family Business Learning Community to:

1. Generate a set of pragmatic questions relating to the paradox of managing and being a Family Business

2. Share experiences and learnings from others, including the Family Business Review community

3. Provide models, arguments and propositions that help respond to some of the questions and paradoxes that the Community has.

4. Offer know-how, know-what and know-who from our own network of Families in Business as a way of best practice knowledge sharing

5. Build serious, yet fun points of discussion and debate in order to try and reconcile the diverse and fascinating paradoxes that all family businesses face

6. Engage with contemporary thinking on the issue of running, managing and advising our Family Businesses.

7. Distribute our discoveries and knowledge across a variety of relevant and interrelated audiences in order to share and a perpetual cycle of social learning and problem solving.
