The current economic position of the business is stable the revenue over the years has been significant however the lack of motivation has stopped the growth. The partners are more concerned with improving their benefits and are neglecting the growth of the company. The investments made are both internal and external and do not cause much conflict but the greed of getting more profit than the other however impacts the working. Apart from that the negligence of succession and future management planning further disrupts the financial aspects, as lack of communication causes conflicts and the partners focus on their own growth.
