n light of my family's current financial status, I would say that the company is doing well. Because of the covid epidemic, business has taken a knock. Even during the years when India was under quarantine owing to the pandemic, the business made a profit, although the growth pace slowed. The majority of the cash comes from the partners because it is a family-owned firm. The company's owners and employees believe they should receive a larger portion of the earnings due to the rising rate of inflation. If the company shares more earnings, it will have to find other ways to invest in the company's growth, such as loans, which would result in interest payments.
