Succession is the biggest challenge I observed in SR TMX. The founder, wants to keep control, but hasn’t clearly planned who will take over — causing uncertainty and rivalry among his children.
This paradox shows how hard it is to let go, even when it's necessary. Planning succession isn’t just about naming a replacement — it’s about preparing the next generation, setting expectations, and building trust.
Without a clear plan, emotions take over. In SR TMX, the fear of losing legacy is stopping real progress. This topic made me realise that succession is both emotional and strategic, and delaying it only creates more problems later.
