Currently, one of the major problems faced by my family business is succession planning.
This problem majorly arises when the expectations of current owners are not met. The expectations from the coming generation is not fulfilled. they want to see the capability of running a company whether they have it in them or not.
the solution they have come up with is to train them and make them reach where they want them to be because in the end it is only their kids who they want to take over.
