How often do you hold Board Meetings , Operational Meetings? In my family business as the board meeting is solely composed by my father, he gathers operational meetings more. Indeed, every month he gathers his advisors to evaluate different strategies.

Do Directors have limited terms of office? No, in my family business they haven't.

How are family Directors roles defined? Yes they are, as my mother is the general director, my brother is at the head of the digital branch of the company, I am in charge of the wholesale sector and my father is the CEO
