The governance structure as things stand is very clear. The clarity I am referring to is in terms of the positions held and the roles and responsibilities assigned. There are 4 partners who make up the highest decision making body of the business. Mr. Gambhir being the silent partner stays away from day to day management and is only involved in the major decision meetings. The role of CFO is held by Mr. Hans whose role is limited to the financials of the business. The remaining 2 partners including my father are the generalist roles and are responsible for all that is left. So naturally my father and Mr. Hridesh are the most involved in the day to day business decision making. Meetings are held almost every other week but the silent partner only takes part in the meetings once a month. My father is generally the organiser of the meetings.
