Just like the song, no matter how hard, difficult and hopeless things can get in the family business, the unity of the family is what makes the family business strong and successful. The more you invest in the things you love (and the people you love) the more they will develop and succeed. - Viliana Gergova
I cannot even count the number of times I have listened to this song whether in a car, restaurant or mall. The most striking part to me has always been "we are family, I have got all my sisters with me" because it perfectly characterizes my family. My siblings and I are always together, some have even suggested that "we are all we need". Together, with all of differences, we have managed to brainstorm business ideas that will uplift each one of us in our various areas of interests. This, I believe is the way a business whether it is founded by family members or not should function. The ultimate goal is to become a family, aligning our goals and objectives so that each group realizes that they are interdependent. Hence, one may think twice before hurting the other to put their individual interests first.

Hi, I am having trouble editing my profile name right now for some reason (I click "My Profile" and nothing's happening), but I'll get it sorted out ASAP. I posted my full name ass a reply on my original post. Thank you. Looking forward to more discussions as we progress. :)
A classic! the tune definitely brings out the emotion of reliance and how the synchronization of ideals are very important in a family business, working for a collective that represents a singular main idea despite however long the baton has been past down through the generation. That being said, this idea can be applied to any company culture but when it comes to family businesses, the personal factor makes it even more important for the later generations to retain the foundation of the business established since the beginning.
