About my family business
My family business was started by my dad , before starting our first branch i.e Perfection Engineers my dad used to work as a labour in one of the companies that use to manufacture automotive components. After a period of time and working under some other company my dad decided to start his own company with one machine and delivering the components by himself . Currently our family business has grown with my elder brother also in the family business, we at the current stage are the leading automotive components manufacturer in India based out of Delhi and Maharashtra. The business got diversified slowly and now we manufacture automotive components , bright bars , EV's and missile tops for the Indian Army.

Why have you classified it as a family business?
I have classified it as a Family Business because it was started by my father and his elder brother together.

Why do i think there has been an increase number in family business courses over a period of time?
I believe there has been an increase in number for family business courses over a period of time in order for people to realise how important family businesses are and how much time and effort it takes to make a successful family business. With increase in the number of family courses , it helps people to understand the family business better and the importance of it.

Why have you opted for a course in family business management? Are you a part of the family business?
I opted for the family business course management because , I believe it would help me to grow my family business in some or the other way possible. Ive been a part of my family business for a short period of time in order to gather the basics of my family business : what we do , how we do it and etc .
