An 'almost' funny view of some FB is the way succession just as well as current management, is subject to what I call poker faces.
It is like delicatly openning the car's door for a women, smile at her, hold her hand while she enters, then smash the doors and telling her not to touch anything inside. It might for some reason drive some womens crazy, but in reality it makes no sense, and certainly not in a company.
