Does this image makes any sense? Don't worry, me neither don't think so.
An 'almost' funny view of some FB is the way succession just as well as current management, is subject to what I call poker faces.
It is like delicatly openning the car's door for a women, smile at her, hold her hand while she enters, then smash the doors and telling her not to touch anything inside. It might for some reason drive some womens crazy, but in reality it makes no sense, and certainly not in a company.
Conflicts of interests or not, transparency is key.

@S24012870 Yassine B Your post brings an interesting perspective on transparency in family businesses, especially around succession and management dynamics. The poker face analogy is thought-provoking, but expanding on how transparency impacts decision-making or stakeholder trust could deepen the discussion. Are there examples where transparency improved or worsened succession outcomes? Adding references or real-world cases would strengthen your argument and connect it more clearly to family business strategy. Great start—just push it further with some applied insights!
