Firstly , the mindset of people are changing as in earlier generations people were unaware how to increase their wealth and they were not educated enough to think out of the box. Over the last 2 decades everyone got to know the importance of education , as family business comes to a point where the growth stops if you don’t stand out then you won’t be able to survive in this competitive market . I opted for a course in family business management because my family is into real estate development from last three generations in India . Before coming to London for my masters , I was a part of my family business . I used to see the sales department majorly . I wanted to study more and gather some experience as I wanted to expand my business internationally .
