Any individual in the family business can be placed in the seven areas formed by the intersecting of these three subsystems, and those who have multiple connections with the business exist in the overlapping areas of two or three rings.
Zone l: Although they are family members, they neither work in the enterprise nor own the enterprise;
Zone 2: Non-family members who are business owners but do not work in the business;
Zone 3: Neither a family member nor a shareholder of a company, but only works in the company;
Zone 4: family members of corporate shareholders who do not work in the corporate;
Zone 5: Non-family members who work in the enterprise and own equity;
Zone 6: family members who work in the enterprise but do not have equity;
Zone 7: Family members who work in a business and own equity.
