The Model highlights key persons in the system and allows us to consider the various roles that family members can play, such as family owner or family employee. Family members are generally on the left side of the circle and employees are on the right side. The family business system model depicts three interrelated overlapping circles, indicating that what happens in one circle has an impact on the others. The model concentrates on defining roles and responsibilities of every individual in the business. No individual has the right to interfere in another individual's work. every individual must concentrate on completing the task assigned to them.
This model also helps in solving disputes as it clarifies each individual's role.
