What stage is your family business in the Family Business Lifecycle?
My family has been in the family business for two generations.
The business has grown to become a family enterprise. When I return to Senegal, I plan to become more involved in my family's business. I also want to capture the Sub-Saharan market and expand my family's business internationally, which I can do now because I am in a foreign country with more efficient enterprise structures and operations, from which I can learn and apply to our family business.
Thank you @Djamil The post does not fully meet the rigorous criteria for a master's level discussion forum post.
In terms of relevance, the post is loosely related to the topic of family-owned businesses, but it does not provide any substantial information or insights related to the Family Business Lifecycle, which is the topic introduced in the first sentence.
The post is primarily descriptive, providing information about the author's personal background and aspirations. However, it does not offer any analysis or synthesis of the information presented, nor does it add significant value to the forum community.
One area of concern is the lack of credible citations or evidence to support the claims made in the post. The author does not provide any specific examples of how their family business has grown or how they plan to expand into new markets.
Overall, the post could benefit from a more focused and analytical approach, as well as the use of credible sources and specific examples to support the author's statements
