The Superrealtech Pvt. Ltd was started by four partners my father being the MD, the power structure was well calculated and the division has been kept clear over the years. The issues being faced as of now are lack of motivation to make clear plans for the future and lack of responsibility towards the roles of all the partners. Lack of decision making and lack of motivation, and effort have led the company to a fixed position which creates issues for the future generation of successors. The other issue is the conflict of succession as there is no succession planning and each of the partners or family wants their heir to be on the top of power.
Looking forward to my involvement I will work on the forward flow of the company and plan to incorporate a new structure to manage operations based on the 3-circle model, I as well plan to work with intrinsic motivation. The changes I plan to make in the business will disrupt the currently established harmony and will as well eradicate the lack of work being done which will require change management and proper communication with the power.
