Many businesses or rather than family businesses exist in this world that has their own culture in the family business. And this culture is followed by each generation of people in the family business. Like that, health can be put forth as an aspect of culture in a family business. The members of the family work with unity to take the company to greater heights by giving their 100% (Tien et al. 2019). In health as culture, members of the family make sure each and everyone who is working for the success of the family business is not overburdened by any chance. Each generation needs to abide by the family business culture that their forefathers set up. This equivalent thing occurs in my privately-owned company , nobody has been given additional responsibility and everybody work in solidarity for advancement of our privately-owned company .
