How and why did you choose that specific advisory role: (i) counselling & mediating, (ii) facilitating & consulting, (iii) mentoring & coaching? For which issues?
i)There has always been controversy among my family, regardless of the seriousness of the problem, so I choose this type of advice for my business. I think all members of the board need personal guidance on how to fulfill their assigned roles from the beginning. The main problem is that each member's way of thinking and opinion about the growth of this business is very different. They need to understand each other, and I believe that only professional third parties can make them understand. In this way, advisors can actually act as an intermediary between board members, gaining an understanding of each other's perspectives, and the complexity that can occur if you try to do the same without an intermediary. Eliminate the dispute.
ii)I chose this type of advisory service because we felt that the company's board members needed to take a step beyond traditional business practices and seek advice on new business practices (such as financial processing). Good mentors can guide them through intelligent techniques that can ensure they open up new opportunities as they have been maintained in the industry for years.
To sum up, in my opinion, the first two roles are the best
