My family business is a first-generation family business, which has been in operation for 30 years. It is qualified since 50 % of the share is owned by a family member. As it is a commercial organization, which is characterized by the decisions, made by one family member. The family business has been brought into existence, by inventing snow guns and creating and creating an infrastructure for skiing- areas. The business or a similar business has not existed previously. Today, it holds advantages for skiing areas, to provide solid snow conditions. 99 % of all skiing areas have a snowmaking infrastructure, in order to provide solid snow conditions.
