Mostly of the bussinesses in my country rely on male's figure. So even in my family business this 'portrait' is use. Only the son has the right to inherit the family business. According to Hollander & Bukowitz (1990) family firms tend to be particularly fruitful environments for women to make a living but they can serve as the last line of defence against cultural change since they are the bearers of family culture and procedures that might be biassed against women. This may not apply when there are only girls in the family.

@Erida Shinjatari , you shed some light on the prevalent gender bias in family businesses, where the inheritance of the family business is often restricted to male heirs. By sharing your personal experience within your own family business, you provide a descriptive account of the cultural norms and practices that perpetuate gender inequality in entrepreneurship.
Your post demonstrates a myopic perspective as it focuses solely on the gender bias prevalent in your family business culture without exploring broader implications or potential strategies for change. While your personal experience adds authenticity to your narrative, incorporating insights from academic research or real-world examples of initiatives aimed at promoting gender diversity in family businesses would enrich the depth and relevance of your analysis.
