Every family member provides a distinct piece, values, history, and vision, which are part of cultural weave. However, with no care, the quilt weakens. Positive ‘familiness’ provides comfort and belonging, but lingering conflicts rip at the edges. For example, unlike the Gucci family, which has separated ownership, the Tata Group maintains its coherence via shared ideals (India Today, 2024; Tata, 2025).
