Communication between families is particularly weak in the culture to which I belong, causing them to lose sight of the essential essence and advantage of the family company, which is the ability to explain and communicate clearly. In order to grow as a family and as board members, feelings must be communicated to one another. As a result, I'll choose counselling and meditation for my business. As indicated by (Haynes & Usdin, 1997), counselling and mediation assist in achieving mutually acceptable solutions to conflicts, and advisors also serve as a bridge between family members, assisting them in overcoming embarrassment or difficulty in accepting differences and expressing feelings.
The engagement of outside executives and, I feel, counselling is a critical transformation I am looking forward to bringing into the organisation.
