My family business is originated in india and As we are reaching the 5th generation in business, the core values inherited from the first has been passed along quite efficiently and has been respected.

The ownership of the business has always remained in the family and all the members of the family have remained and stuck with each other through thick and thin in all times.

The main problem the company faces is to handle the extended family and keep the company out of disputes and legal issues when they demand their share in the company .
