Ltd, as the business is owned by different families working together the glue that ties all the 3 important partners are shared values, opinions of management, and a sense of shared culture (language, ethnicity, identity, beliefs, and ideologies ). The culture in the company defines a shared goal of growth, a vision of the future (spreading the company all over India), and growth for all. The values have been transferred to the possible successors as well with an indication of the understanding foundation of the business.
