Looking ahead, our family business faces challenges in both finances and family dynamics. To tackle this, we plan to set up a clear governance structure. We'll have regular board meetings to discuss big decisions and yearly operational meetings to keep things running smoothly. We'll also distinguish between the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive for better accountability. Directors will have clear responsibilities, and we'll rotate them to bring in fresh ideas. Family members will play specific roles based on their skills. Using cartoons and metaphors, we aim to collaborate, making sure everyone's voice is heard .
